Just the caretaker

Entire property and pool needs renovation, every 1-2 hours you have frogs and crabs in the pool if you go down unaware you might get pinched/ bit by them, upon telling the host they say "this is normal" , I would like to tell you it is not normal , I have stayed at farm villas deep inside forests and i never had this issue of things getting in the pool so kindly own the issue and try to resolve it, the hall doesnot has an air conditioner, the remote for the tv is broken, all rooms ac leak water inside , bedsheets not clean at all the behind of the bed has bugs and completely full of dust , over all an horrible experience and money wasted, i have the videos of bug frogs and crabs in the pool, the frog literally gave birth to tadpoles , soo many of them making the pool unsafe for swimming !

Wont recommend this at all the worst property you can ever stay in, not worth at all.

The overall experience with this property, the room booked was cancelled the owner changed our villa saying it was "electricity issue" then rooms werent ready until the checkin time, villa was in worse condition, no proper maintenance was done, curtains, pillow covers, bedsheets, pools was absolute mess and dirty. When called the owner and ppl who were taking charge of this reservation" ms Aastha, Mohini, and rajendra shinde, they said look at the price u paying to ask for clean stuff and luxury. If u want luxury pay more!!! To add more they said since u cant afford luxury u get what u pay!! After telling the photos been sent didnt match they said "so does your id cards and your face". When asked for refund since the property didn't meet any of our expectations, they replied saying it's not our fault that it doesn't meet ur expectations and you are making reasons just to get money.. i do have screenshots of the same and voice recording as well. What I liked was the way everyone in the property had worst attitude and no respect for the guest, how everything turned wrong was our fault. I repeat no that means no one had manners or guest service, our day experience money were wasted with ppl like these.
