Very spacious and clean..great location near city centre.. the owner was very friendly and helpful.. would definitely stay again

The flat is a good size: the two bedrooms are large and one is enough suited; there is also room to have a dining table that seats 6 and a large corner sofa in the living room. The location was very handy for us as we were visiting a son in the Cardiff Uni main halls, which was 10 mins walk away. There's a parking space allocated for the flat. When inside the flat it was nice and quiet. The owner communicated well with us and was very helpful.
The outside of the building is not attractive. There was rubbish all over the carpark, and the communal corridors were very shabby.

Although based in what would be considered "The Heart of University Land" this was a perfect place to stay even for just one night.
Secure parking and easy instructions on where top locate the keys from.
On the top floor of the building the apartment was immaculately clean, tidy and welcoming.
Rooms were spacious, well laid out and well decorated but most importantly very comfortable.
Had no problem in letting us leave the car parked up throughout the following day.
We will look to book again in 2027.
Couldn't shut the windows in the lounge area which meant it was cold in the evening (may have been an us thing in not being able to work it properly) and the shower in the en-suite was missing the door so that it looked like it was trying to be a proper walk in shower but the floor became quite wet without it.
