About this house rental
Timber-lined walls and ceilings give this inviting living space the unmistakable character of a Norwegian mountain cabin. Generous windows draw daylight into the room and offer glimpses of the greenery outside, while sofas gathered around a central table create an easy setting for conversation after a day outdoors. A fireplace adds to the cosy atmosphere when temperatures fall. Nordseter lies amid the highland scenery near Lillehammer, with forests, lakes and mountain terrain shaping the experience throughout the seasons. Walking and cycling routes invite summer exploration, while a fishing licence opens up opportunities to spend quiet hours by local waters. In winter, the area is particularly known for cross-country skiing, with an extensive network of trails through the surrounding landscape. Lillehammer adds museums, cafés and Olympic heritage to a day out, while nearby Sjusjøen offers another gateway to the region’s year-round outdoor life.
