About this house rental
A relaxed, individual character defines this inviting townhouse interior, where contemporary comfort meets carefully chosen vintage touches. Generous windows bring natural light into the sitting room, while artwork, wooden furniture and an eclectic mix of pieces create an informal setting for reading, conversation or planning the day ahead. Step outside and central Ystad is ready to explore on foot, from cobbled lanes lined with half-timbered houses to cafés, restaurants and places associated with the Wallander stories. The town’s sandy beach is also within easy walking or cycling reach. For a different perspective, seek out the Little Train or vintage fire truck, enjoy rooftop views at Hotel Fritiden, or head towards Ystad Saltsjöbad and Mossbylund for spa and dining experiences. Further afield, Österlen offers artists and farm shops, while trains provide convenient connections to Simrishamn, Malmö and Copenhagen; Bornholm also makes an appealing day trip.
