About this apartment rental
This approximately 73 m² vacation rental is ideal for 2 adults and 1 child and is located very close to the beach in Zingst. The house is in the second row, directly behind the Baltic Sea dike—just about 70 m from the beach. This means you can reach the Baltic Sea in just a few steps while enjoying a pleasantly quiet residential setting.
Completed in the summer of 2015, this vacation apartment offers modern and comfortable amenities spread over two levels.
The lower level features a bright living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with range hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Crockery, silverware, and kitchen utensils are, of course, provided.
The living area features a TV, stereo system, and DVD player. The sofa bed provides sleeping accommodations for 1 child. A separate guest restroom is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed featuring an open footboard, a wardrobe, and an additional TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable stay. Free internet and Wi-Fi are also available during your stay.
A special highlight of the apartment is the spacious balcony. Furnished with balcony furniture and sun loungers, it offers plenty of space for relaxing in the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The apartment is also well-equipped for longer stays: a washing machine, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, and window screens are provided.
There is a lockable bicycle storage room attached to the apartment for bicycles. You can conveniently park your car in your own parking space, No. 1.5.
A high chair is also available for young guests.
Bed linens and towels are available for rent for a fee.
Optional services:
- Bed linens: 19.76 EUR per person per stay
- Towels: 13.59 EUR per person per stay
