Our "Sonnenblick" vacation rental offers a bright, welcoming home spanning about 30 m²—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The name says it all: The apartment welcomes you with plenty of natural light and a pleasant view of the quiet courtyard, which immediately gives you a sense of arrival and allows you to take a deep breath. The separate living and sleeping areas provide extra comfort and privacy. In the living area, you’ll find a cozy sofa and a TV—perfect for winding down at the end of the day. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a coffee maker for a delightful start to the day. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, is modern and practically equipped. The Sonnenblick vacation rental is a lovingly designed retreat, ideal for guests seeking peace, coziness, and a pleasant atmosphere in Bad Birnbach. Our Fischer Mart’l guesthouse was opened in 1988 by my parents, Martin and Irmgard. The decision to open it came during an exciting time: Bad Birnbach was growing as a spa town, and with the opening of the Rottal Terme, our hometown gained importance for those seeking relaxation. To this day, our guests can easily reach the thermal baths—in just a few minutes by car or with a leisurely 20-minute stroll through the spa park. In 2004, I took over management together with my family, and I am now running the guesthouse as the second generation. One thing is particularly important to us: the personal, warm hospitality we offer our guests, which has defined our guesthouse from the very beginning. We welcome every guest personally and are happy to take the time to offer tips and recommendations for excursions, hikes, bike trails, or culinary discoveries in our region. Incidentally, the name “Fischer Mart’l” comes from my father, Martin, who was a passionate fisherman—a piece of family history that we proudly carry in our name to this day. Whether you’re visiting us to unwind, go cycling, hike, or simply relax—you’ll find a cozy home away from home that combines tradition and hospitality. We’re very much looking forward to your visit! Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is free of charge. Private parking is available free of charge at the accommodation. The deposit is 100% of the nightly rate. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: 2.90 EUR per person per day.
