🚗 Parking: Use the driveway in front of the house only. Street parking is strictly prohibited — the HOA will tow vehicles without warning.

🚬 No indoor smoking — $2,500 fine + odor removal costs

🗑️ Use designated trash bins — $100 cleaning fee if ignored

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, immediate eviction, no refund



🚫 Prohibited Vehicles



The following are not allowed within the community:

Boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motor homes, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles and construction vehicles of any kind.
