THE SPACE
Big Bear Bunkhouse is designed for groups who want plenty of space to gather, play, and relax together.

The main living area features an open layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. A large kitchen island creates a natural gathering place for meals, snacks, and conversation, while the indoor fireplace adds mountain atmosphere during cooler months.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, wine fridge, rice cooker, air fryer, tea kettle, and the essentials needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.

The fourth bedroom doubles as the home’s game room and is packed with entertainment. Challenge the group on the Pac-Man arcade with 12 classic titles, Golden Tee, Star Wars arcade, Infinity Table digital board game system, shuffleboard, foosball, darts, and board games.

Outside, enjoy the fenced backyard with cornhole and horseshoes, relax in the private hot tub, gather around the gas fire table, or cook dinner on the propane BBQ.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. The yard is fenced. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

EV Charging
An outdoor EV/RV charging station is available. Guests must provide their own charging cable.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with applicable San Bernardino County vacation rental regulations and local Good Neighbor requirements.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear.
