About this apartment rental
This small but charming apartment is tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail, making it warm and welcoming.
It is located on the second floor and consists of: a living area with a bunk bed and a kitchen equipped with all appliances and a color TV, a bedroom with air conditioning (optional), and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The “highlight” is the spacious 16-square-meter balcony, furnished with a table, chairs, and curtains, from which you can enjoy the view of the sea—and if you stretch out your arm, you can almost touch the pine forest from the balcony!
It’s important to note that access to the residence is reserved exclusively for owners, as there are access gates that operate only with a remote control.
The parking space is private, numbered, and, of course, located within the residence.
About 150 meters away along the pedestrian path, there’s a grocery store for small daily purchases; about 400 meters away, you’ll find a supermarket open during the summer, and about 1 km away, there’s another one open year-round.
All that’s left is to wish you a wonderful vacation at “RESIDENCE PINETA”!
