Directly off the living area is one of Nis Puk’s most beautiful highlights: the partially covered west-facing terrace with a small garden. Here you can enjoy the Sylt air in complete peace and quiet. Start your day outside with a cup of coffee, make yourself comfortable in the sun in the afternoon, or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. Garden furniture and your very own beach chair provide that authentic island vibe—take off your shoes, lean back, and simply enjoy Sylt.

The open kitchen blends harmoniously into the living area and is fully equipped. A ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment are available, as are a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before a day at the beach or a cozy evening of cooking, you’ll find everything you need here.

The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed for restful nights. A spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation luggage, and a private smart TV provides additional comfort. The second, smaller bedroom is furnished with a single bed, making Nis Puk a lovely home for a small family or three guests traveling together.

The bathroom is also modern and comfortable. A spacious, walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet ensure a relaxing start to the day.

The apartment’s completely ground-level layout is particularly pleasant: All rooms are on one level and can be accessed within the apartment without stairs.

Your four-legged companion is also welcome to enjoy your Sylt vacation with you—one dog is welcome at Nis Puk upon prior registration. It’s the combination of a private terrace and a small garden area that makes the apartment a wonderful base for relaxing days on the island with your dog.

For added comfort, you’ll have access to Wi-Fi, two TVs, and a washer and dryer. A private parking space right next to the house ensures that your car has a designated spot during your vacation.
