On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a shower. This floor is complemented by a small furnished terrace with a sun lounger—a perfect retreat for watching the sunset or enjoying moments of peaceful tranquility. At the entrance, a spacious terrace with a dining area offers guests the chance to spend pleasant moments together under the stars, facing a breathtaking view and surrounded by the timeless charm of Metato. Public parking is about 200 meters from the property. The house is located at the start of the trails leading to the Apuan Alps. From the parking lot, the house is accessible only on foot via an uphill path. Utilities (water, electricity, and gas), internet, and final cleaning are included. During the winter months, heating costs are calculated and billed separately. Charging electric vehicles at the house is not permitted. A security deposit of 400.00 euros is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
