For your security, we set a unique door code for every stay and send it prior to your arrival.
The fob to the parking gate will be in the lock box at the gate. The code to the lockbox will be shared prior to your arrival. Please press "A" on the fob to open the gate.

Ivory Rook House is in Buena Vista Miami, just off NE 2nd Avenue, 12 minutes from the beach, walking distance from the Design District, and a few minutes from Wynwood. Most guests use GPS straight to the address, it routes you right to the gate.

From Miami International Airport (MIA): About 20 minutes without traffic. Take FL-112 East to I-195 East, exit at NE 2nd Avenue, and head north to NE 50th Street.

From Fort Lauderdale –Hollywood International Airport (FLL): About 40 minutes. Take I-95 South to exit 4 (NE 62nd Street), then south on NE 2nd Avenue to NE 50th Street.

From South Beach: About 20-25 minutes. Take the MacArthur Causeway (I-395) west to I-95 North, exit at NE 36th Street, then north on NE 2nd Avenue.

From Mid-Beach: About 12 - 15 minutes. Head west on 41st Street to the Julia Tuttle Causeway (I-195). Cross the bay, exit at NE 2nd Avenue, and go north about a mile to NE 50th Street. This is the most direct route from the beach.

From North Beach: About 20 - 25 minutes. Take the 79th Street Causeway (FL-934) west to Biscayne Boulevard, head south to NE 50th Street, then west a few blocks. Alternatively, take Collins Avenue south to the Julia Tuttle and follow the Mid-Beach route above.

Rideshare and taxis: Uber and Lyft are widely available. Have your driver drop you at the front of the house on 12 NE 50th Street.


Connectivity
• We offer fast, reliable wifi and have a backup system to keep your signal strong, ideal for remote work or streaming.

House rules
• No smoking, no parties, and small pets are OK upon approval only and for an additional fee per day of your stay.
• We ask our guests to comply with Miami noise ordinances. Please be mindful of our residential neighbors 8pm - 10am.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

Parking
• Gated 3 car tandem parking (cars park single-file), so guests with multiple vehicles will need to coordinate.

Safety
• The home has a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide alarms.
• Children must be supervised at all times around the entire property, including the pool and on the open staircase.
• For security, there are exterior security cameras at the property entrance and exterior areas.
• Please note the home is two stories with no elevator, and includes stairs.
