Our cozy vacation rental is located on the outskirts of Bad Sooden-Allendorf in the Sooden district. The rehabilitation clinics are right nearby. The center of Sooden, with its beautiful half-timbered houses, the salt works, and the spa gardens, is about a 15-minute walk away. A bus stop for the city bus is located about 50 meters from the house.
In just about 5 minutes, you can be in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Sooden Forest and the Werra floodplains. The vacation rental is located directly on the Werra Bicycle Trail. Cycling maps can be purchased at the house for a fee of €7.00.
Shopping options are accessible by car or city bus. They’re about a 25-minute walk away. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away. A bike rental shop is located right in the neighborhood.
The 73-square-meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modernized apartment building. Parking spaces are available in the public area in front of the building.



Apartment, Bathroom, Toilet:

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor and features a bedroom, kitchen, and living/dining room—each with a balcony and a magnificent view of the natural surroundings. A spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the apartment. In the living room, you can relax comfortably in front of the fireplace in the winter. A cozy couch invites you to unwind. A dining table with 6 seats offers plenty of space.
The kitchen is fully equipped. An electric stove, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and bread slicer are available. Upon request, we’d be happy to treat you to a delicious breakfast for 12€ per person. 
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. A closet provides space for your luggage and includes an in-room safe. Are your clothes wrinkled? No problem—an ironing board and iron are available. A clothes rack is also provided; the washing machine in the basement can be used upon request for a fee.



On-site costs: A 20% prepayment is charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A maximum of 2 extra beds can be provided upon request for a fee of €5.00 per person per night. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €3.60 per person per night will be charged separately on site. Additional fees: Breakfast can be booked for €12.00 per person per night. The washing machine may be used for 5.00€ per load.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
