About this house rental
"Get away from it all!": a private villa nestled in a chestnut grove with an exclusive pool. You’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the valley below in total privacy; you can relax by the pool or visit the medieval villages just a few kilometers away. In Pescia, you’ll find shops and restaurants; the Versilia coast, the Apuan Alps, and major art cities like Lucca, Pisa, and Florence are no more than an hour’s drive away. Dine under the gazebo in the cool evening air and enjoy barbecue evenings under the stars.
The house features a living room with a sofa and armchairs, 4 bedrooms: 1 double with a 160-wide bed, 2 doubles with 140-wide beds, and 1 single with a 120-wide bed.
We also have a crib. There are two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the first floor, both with showers.
The property is fully fenced and is entirely at the guests’ disposal; there are no neighbors nearby, so privacy is guaranteed. The pool is for exclusive use, and there are 4 sun loungers, two deck chairs, and a director’s chair. There’s also a hammock under the olive trees where you can relax in the shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, moka coffee pots, cookware, plates, and silverware.
Under the gazebo in front of the house, there is a large sofa and a table where seven people can eat comfortably.
