About this house rental
La Masía welcomes you to Ponteareas, in Pontevedra province, with a 599 m² holiday home for up to 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Enjoy a kitchen with an air fryer, Wi-Fi, TV, games console, fan, washing machine, dryer and workspace. A cot, toys and books are provided for children. You can also use the gym and fitness equipment. Public tennis courts run by Ponteareas Council and padel courts are a 5-minute drive away.
Enjoy the private garden, two balconies and an uncovered terrace with mountain views. The barbecue is ideal for outdoor dining. The seasonal outdoor pool is available from July to mid-September. An outdoor table tennis table is also available in summer.
There are 4 parking spaces, 3 garage spaces and bicycle storage. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Celebrations, including birthday parties with music, confetti or similar items, are prohibited.

It is 3 km from the A-52 motorway, which connects to the VG-20 for Vigo's beaches: Samil is 20 minutes away, Baiona and Tuy 30 minutes. The thermal baths of Salvaterra de Miño and Parque de la Canuda are 19 km away; there is a spa in Mondariz, 10 km away, and Monção (Portugal) is 19 km away. The property is 4 km from A Freixa river beach and 15 minutes from IFEVI. La Masía is 6 km from the Camino de Santiago, with a bus stop in O Porriño.
