About this house rental
A "little cottage" all to yourself, ideal for families with children or couples traveling together (up to 6 people). The vacation home is located on a south-facing slope in a quiet setting. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding area. A barbecue area and parking are available.
Vacation home, shower, toilet:
The first floor features a living room with a seating area, a dining area, and a modern built-in kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with baking function, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower/toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms located one behind the other (double bed / 2 single beds). The back room is often used as a playroom.
On-site costs: - An 80% deposit is charged upon booking, 7 days after booking.- The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer.- Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. - Check-in is available from 14:00 - 20:00. Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00.- Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.- Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival.- Pets are not allowed.- The city’s guest tax of €2.10 or €1.60 (reduced rate) per person per night must be paid on-site.
