Welcome to the Scandinavian-style vacation home “Moin am Meer” in the popular Strandpark Sierksdorf. This spacious, Scandinavian-style 4-room townhouse offers approximately 82 m² of living space for up to 6 people. Its location near the beach, high-quality amenities, and private sauna make this home the ideal vacation destination for families and friends.

The heart of the townhouse is the open-concept living and dining area with a cozy sofa arrangement, a wood-burning stove, and direct access to the sunny terrace. Large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere and make for a pleasant living experience. Here, you can spend time together in a relaxed vacation setting.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The townhouse has three separate bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has another double bed (160 x 200 cm). The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). All bedrooms have blackout curtains, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.

One of the bathrooms is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. The second bathroom features a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. For moments of relaxation and well-being, a private sauna is also available in the second bathroom.

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 150 m away and easily accessible on foot. Restaurants are located nearby, and shopping options as well as numerous attractions along Lübeck Bay are within easy reach.

A parking space is available to you free of charge on the property. The vacation complex also features charging stations for electric vehicles. Wi-Fi and a washing machine for your personal use are also provided.

Please note that a security deposit is required for this townhouse. This deposit will also be used to cover electricity costs incurred on-site based on actual usage.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price and can either be brought from home or rented for a fee. This is a non-smoking property. One dog is welcome upon prior notice for a fee.

Strandpark Sierksdorf is quietly located on the outskirts of town and combines the special atmosphere of a Scandinavian-style vacation home community with direct proximity to the Baltic Sea. The distinctive vacation homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in every season—from family vacations in the summer to a cozy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.

The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs invite you to take long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private entrance connected by a bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.

The accommodations are modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecues are permitted only on the lawn. One parking space is included with each accommodation. All vacation rentals are non-smoking.

A security deposit is required for stays at the Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, four EV charging stations with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW are available in the public area.
