On the sixth floor of the Le Richelieu residence, La Canopée lives up to its name: you can live at the height of the tall cedars, facing the lake, in a light that changes at all hours. This 96 m² apartment has been completely redesigned, with blond parquet floors, soft materials and a fresco of an alpine lake.

LIVING SPACE
The living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen and the large balcony facing Lake Geneva. A round table for meals, a writing corner to linger, a corner sofa facing the lake.

THE BEDROOMS
The panoramic suite has a double bed and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom, with two separable single beds, opens onto a grassy balcony facing the park, perfect for breakfast. A travel cot is always available.

THE BATHROOM
Bathtub and walk-in shower, for those who like to take their time as well as for those in a hurry. Separate toilet. Bath towels provided.

THREE BALCONIES
The one in the living room, facing the lake. The one in the suite, with direct access from the bedroom. The one in the second bedroom, grassed, on the park side. Enough to follow the sun all day long.

EVERYDAY COMFORT
High-speed Wi-Fi in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. A designated parking space is reserved for you in the residence, always free, with no parking space. Two lifts serve the floor.

THE TASTE OF LONG STAYS
Spa guests, families, work stays: the apartment has been designed for you to settle in. Separable twin beds, writing corner, full kitchen. Three weeks go by like a parenthesis.

AROUND YOU
The old town of Thonon-les-Bains, the funicular that goes down to the port of Rives, the quays of Lake Geneva, the thermal baths and the markets. Evian is a few minutes away, Geneva and its connections are less than an hour away, the resorts of Chablais within reach of the morning.

RECEPTION
We prefer a welcome in person, handing over the keys and discovering the premises. If your arrival is late or if you prefer autonomy, we will organise ourselves together in advance.
