About this cottage rental
1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, Maison Belline is a charming farmhouse, designed as an elegant interlude in the Perche. It accommodates up to 7 travellers, with an 8th bed on request. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, billiards, petanque, table tennis, terrace, garden and fireplace invite you to rest and share moments.
Much more than a simple rental, Maison Belline offers a refined, authentic and warm atmosphere, where the charm of the old blends with today's comforts.

The living room, organized around an elegant fireplace, invites you to convivial evenings, reading, board games or a cinema session thanks to the DVDs, and the PlayStation 4 with its games.
Billiards adds a playful touch, while an office area allows you to work or isolate yourself in peace when necessary.
The house has three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower room or bathroom, to preserve the privacy of all travelers. The fully equipped kitchen and the large dining area are perfect for sharing large tables.
Outdoor spaces conducive to relaxation
The house opens onto large spaces designed for leisure and sunny days. The salt swimming pool, heated from May to the end of September depending on weather conditions, is surrounded by six deckchairs with bath mattresses. The large terrace offers outdoor dining, with a gas barbecue available.
The landscaped garden invites you to read, relax or have a coffee in the sun. A petanque court with its bowls as well as a ping-pong table and rackets complete the facilities.
Wellness Area
The spa and gym offer a break dedicated to relaxation and fitness, in the privacy of home.
To take full advantage of the jacuzzi, bathrobes and slippers are available on request when you book.
A home massage service is also available on request and upon reservation.PGJyPgPGJyPg

High-speed Wi-Fi, linen provided, private parking, with Green'up 230 V reinforced socket available. Slow charging with your own occasional cable compatible with a French domestic socket. No Type 2 charging station.
For electric vehicles, IZIVIA fast charging stations are available in the parking lot of the McDonald's de La Loupe, a few minutes from the house.
🐾 Dogs are welcome (1 maximum), with an extra charge of €15 per day. Please check the house rules before booking.
In winter, the house is heated to around 21°C. The heating is controlled by a home automation system to maintain a comfortable temperature in the different rooms throughout the day.
