Great location, close to food, shopping, public transit (if you don't mind some hilly walks). House is lovely, well-maintained and spacious, but lots of stairs, so best for able-bodied adults. Garage parking an unusual plus for the neighborhood.

This townhome was certainly overkill for what we needed, but considering it was almost the same price as a hotel room in the same area we couldn't pass it up!The place was BEAUTIFUL!!!! All modern finishes, comfortable beds and rooms, plenty of space, and the amenities were top notch!!!We felt spoiled while we were staying in this unit, and we also felt completely safe! The location is in a wonderful area of Seattle and there are plenty of services (convenient store, coffe shops, etc.) all within walking distance.We will absolutely be renting this unit again on ALL of our next visits to see our child living in Seattle.If you do not rent this unit, you will definitely kick yourself afterwards!!!!

Perfect location for our girls trip of 5 women. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was close to restaurants and shops with easy access to downtown. We had a chef come to cook dinner one night and it was enough space for her to prep meals and enjoyed watching the process from the dining room. Be aware, the garage is super tight! We had a Nissan Sentra and it barely fit. If you have a larger car or suv you probably wouldn’t fit in the garage.
