All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

A leash law is in effect in town and on the beach. Please keep that in mind regarding dogs.
A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

This property was perfect for a fun yet relaxing beach stay for our family, two adults and two kids and our dog, during spring break. The property itself had everything we needed and was immaculate at check in. The fireplace was a nice feature in the chilly April nights and the walk to the beach is super short. It’s stocked with books, music and dvds. Theres a nice deck but we didn’t use it because there were storms most days. There’s a cafe open for breakfast, a 21 and over pub with take out food in the afternoon/evening, and a gas station all in easy walking distance. Seabrook, which has a highly developed retail area, is a short drive south and has a food market. It was also an easy drive to Lake Quinalt and Ruby Beach for a day trip. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a very cute little house with a view and I was glad to find a place we could bring our dog but there’s not much going on in Pacific Beach.
