About this apartment rental
The 86 m² non-smoking vacation apartment has 3 rooms, is located on the upper floor, and is ideal for 4 people. All rooms feature a bright, harmonious color scheme. The living room is furnished with a modern wall unit, a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable corner sofa. There is also a dining table in the living room that seats 4 people. One bedroom features 2 separate sleeping areas and a dresser. In the second bedroom, guests have access to a box-spring bed, as well as a large closet, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV.
A separate, well-equipped kitchen is part of the spacious vacation rental. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a modern sink, and a toilet. Built-in floor heating provides cozy warmth in the winter and helps cool the room in the summer.
From the furnished balcony, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the Blunoer Südsee and relax at the end of an eventful day.
Our four-sided courtyard was completely renovated between 2019 and 2021 and welcomed its first guests in 2022 . The 5 vacation apartments are lovingly and tastefully furnished.
The furnished courtyard and the barbecue area in the garden are available to our guests.
Upon request, guests can use our event barn, which accommodates up to 35 people, for business meetings, seminars, family gatherings, or wedding celebrations. The space features an 85-inch screen and a fully equipped open kitchen.
On the fenced-in property, there is a bike carport with a charging station, which our guests can use to store their bicycles.
If you do not bring your own bicycle, you can rent up to 4 bicycles from us for a fee.
Payment on site with a debit or credit card is not possible.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 11:00.
