It is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house in a quiet residential area of Rerik. The Rerik Lagoon is about 400 meters away, and the Baltic Sea beach is approximately 850 meters away.

The spacious living room, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV, is perfect for relaxing evenings. The adjacent dining area has a large dining table that seats all guests. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing terrace with a beautiful view of the greenery.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom features two fold-out single beds and another closet. Both rooms can be darkened with curtains. The bedrooms have carpeted floors, while the living area, kitchen, and bathroom are equipped with easy-to-clean tile floors.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.

Bicycles you bring with you or rent can be parked in the garden on the property.
An outdoor parking space is assigned exclusively to the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
