This beautiful, well-maintained 3-room vacation apartment, featuring a spacious, partially covered terrace and a south-facing garden, also stands out for its prime, central location.
Enjoy your vacation right in the heart of town, yet in a very quiet setting on this large, slightly secluded meadow property. The “Strandstrasse” promenade, with its restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and shops, is right on your doorstep. The 20-kilometer-long beach is barely a 3-minute walk away; the harbor on the Bodden side is a 7-minute walk, and the Edeka supermarket is about 700 meters away.
With 63 m² of living space, the apartment features a light-filled living area with a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette (including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave), as well as 2 bedrooms (a double bed with two 90x200 mattresses and a 90x200 bunk bed). Also included are a bathroom with a shower and window, 2 storage rooms, a washing machine, a crib, 2 high chairs, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, fly screens and roller shutters, garden loungers, a grill, a small playground right next to the house, and board and card games.
