The space:

Inside, you'll find two private bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bathroom, along with an open living area and fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. The apartment is located in an elevator building and is entirely on one level, with no interior stairs.

Guest access:
* Guests have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.
* To access your unit, enter the main entrance using the exterior entrance code.
* This will allow you to enter the vestibule, where you can pick up your key fob from the specific unit lock-box inside the vestibule. Use the unique code for the lock-box to retrieve the fob.
* The key fob provides access to the elevators on the main floor, the floor door in the parking garage, and the locked exterior door.
* The keypad on your unit door will be the last four digits of the booking member's phone number.

★ PARKING:
* Paid street parking is available for $1/hour.
* Paid parking is also available in the attached parking garage for $0.50/hour.
* An EV charger is also available on the property.

Other Things to note:
* Heart & Soul Suite is one of three rentals we manage inside the same building.
* Two units are on the same floor, while the third is one floor above.
* Larger groups may inquire about booking multiple units together.
* Booking all three units can accommodate up to 14 guests total.
* The other units are Victory Vault and Dunn Meadow Manor.

★ House Rules:
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM.
- No pets are allowed.
- No parties or events are permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Long-term stays of 28 nights or more are allowed.
