Spread over two floors, the property offers six bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it ideal for peaceful family or group stays just a 10-minute drive from the coves of Moraira and Benissa Costa.
INTERIOR
The property spreads its rooms across two floors connected by an internal staircase:
GROUND FLOOR
Features an entrance hall, living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and TV, alongside an independent kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob and main appliances. An office room is also located on this level. The sleeping area on this floor houses three bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans (without individual air conditioning):
- Master bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower tray.
