The primary suite is on this floor: a king bed, a private full bathroom, and its own deck access to step straight out to that endless ridgeline with your morning coffee.

A full bathroom on this level is shared between the two bedrooms.

Mountain roads climb — from December through March we recommend AWD or 4WD, and it’s wise to be prepared for snow at elevation.
The hot tub is swimwear-only; test strips are provided.

After booking, the guest completes two quick online items within 48 hours (or before check-in, whichever comes first): our Rental Reservation Agreement and our House Rules & Guest Policies.
