About this house rental

A fully equipped home in a medieval stone village at an elevation of 972 meters, nestled in lush natural surroundings; a private garden where you can relax in the cool air while enjoying an extraordinary view of the sunset, and a central location from which to explore the beautiful towns of Spoleto, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna, and Assisi.

Enjoy Umbria at its best: lush nature, great hikes, good food, and thousands of years of art and history to explore!

The stone house is spread over two floors, with a living area on the lower level consisting of a kitchen/dining room and a living room with a fireplace, and an upper level with three bedrooms (one large bedroom with a double bed, a larger one with a double sofa bed and a single bed, and a smaller one with a queen-size sofa bed) and a bathroom with a shower.

The garden, just a short distance from the house, is on two levels. Among the many plants, roses, lavender, and rosemary abound, along with a variety of aromatic herbs. There is space to sunbathe, eat outdoors under the pergola, and, on the hottest days, relax in the shade under the cherry tree. The garden offers a splendid view of the mountains at sunset and a spectacular view of the stars in the evening. Guests are provided with tables and chairs, a barbecue, and lounge chairs.
