Our vacation apartments are idyllically situated in a completely peaceful setting, surrounded by meadows, pastures, forests, and streams, and offer a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. At the same time, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the village center, where you can enjoy the beautiful town of Inzell with all its amenities. Numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, butcher shops, bakeries, and a wide range of recreational activities are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
We include the Chiemgau Card with your stay, allowing you to enjoy many of the attractions in Inzell and the surrounding area—even for free.
All vacation apartments are furnished in the Upper Bavarian style with great attention to detail and are the perfect place to relax during your vacation, no matter the season. A special highlight of our apartments are the balconies with beautiful views of the picturesque Chiemgau landscape. The entire building offers free Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services, and a free parking space is available for each apartment.
Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, and the Kesselalm ski lift are all located in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop for public transportation is only about 200 meters away.

Our spacious 60-square-meter apartment for 2 people is furnished in a typical Upper Bavarian style and features a beautiful sleeping area with a large rustic wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living/dining area with a TV and sofa, and a separate bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet—a hair dryer and towels are provided!
A special highlight of the apartment are the high ceilings with exposed beams and the balcony offering a breathtaking view of Inzell, the surrounding mountains, and the lush green meadows and pastures.
The Baderhäusl is located just outside of Inzell, in a very quiet and idyllic setting. It’s surrounded by pastures, meadows, and forests, with an unforgettable view of the surrounding mountains. At night, you can hear a small stream gently gurgling through the meadows. Although it’s in such a quiet location, the town center—with all its amenities—is just a 10-minute walk away. The town of Inzell offers a wide variety of shopping and recreational activities. Right near the house, you’ll find a bus stop, a cross-country ski trail, and numerous hiking trails; the Kesselalm with its ski lift is also just a stone’s throw away. The many restaurants, inns, cafes, and ice cream parlors, as well as the world-famous Max Aicher Ice Stadium, natural swimming park, indoor pool with sauna, and more, are all easily accessible on foot or by bike. Cultural attractions such as open-air theater, music events, and numerous traditional festivals also make Inzell a special experience in every season. Attractive ski areas like Winkelmoosalm/Steinplatte are just a 30-minute drive away. Immerse yourself in the magic of the Alps!
