Everything was excellent during my stay! All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative.
On my last day, the hotel kindly offered me a complimentary minibar, including water, Pepsi, and juice. Everything was free, and I was very happy with this lovely gesture.
I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management and all the staff for their excellent hospitality and service.
Even after checkout, the staff were very kind and allowed me to relax and sit comfortably in the lobby.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was well-prepared and nicely presented, making it a perfect start to the day. The hotel’s location is also a big advantage—conveniently situated close to the beach, restaurants, and main attractions, making it easy to explore Batumi. Overall, a very pleasant stay with both comfort and convenience.
