Terrible - don’t bother!

The location was suitable as a stop over.

Absolutely terrible. Arrived to an apartment that hadn’t been cleaned; the owner did resolve but it was a superficial clean and we discovered the previous residents dirty bedlinen rolled up in the wardrobe under a duvet. Later that evening we discovered that there also was no hot water anywhere in the apartment, couldn’t even get a dribble of water when the taps were in the hot position. No water to the shower. The towels did not smell clean. Note that the ‘free local parking’ is only available 7pm-9am. Beyond that you have to pay. We booked based on the first two glowing reviews; only when I checked back late on the evening of our stay did I realise that they were from the same handle. We then saw the review of the people who had stayed the night before us and saw that they had similar problems the day before. This is the only bad experience I’ve ever had in all my years as a Booking.com customer

Unacceptable stay: locked out for 4 hours, rude and unresponsive host, false parking claims, and no hot water.

The only thing is the location.

We were locked outside for 4 hours past check-in because the host provided the wrong entry PIN, while being rude and unresponsive. Once inside, basic amenities were missing: there was no hot water, no toilet paper, and no Wi-Fi credentials provided. The listing also falsely claimed free parking, which did not exist. After we reported these problems, the host ignored us completely.
