The location was really convenient, with shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool had a really nice view of the city. Check-in was quite smooth too👍🏻

The lift can be a little slow during busy hours, but the host was thoughtful enough to let us know in advance which times to avoid. Other than that, everything was fine.

Had a pleasant stay here. The location is quite convenient and suitable if you’re planning to explore KL city, easy to get around to most places. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a deposit required during check-in, but no issue for us. After we checked out and they finished checking the room, the deposit was refunded pretty quickly, within a day if I remember correctly. We also asked the host a few questions during our stay and they were always helpful and friendly
