Roads to the property not maintained..driving difficult...
The outside ambience of the property can be improved by good landscaping

Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. They are even ready to assist guests and pick them up if they have difficulty finding the cottage.
The rooms are clean, neat, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Hot water is available at any time, and the Smart TV offers 20+ OTT platforms. A dormitory room is also available. The property is conveniently located close to Munnar town, with parking facilities and comfortable arrangements for drivers as well.
The approach road to the property could benefit from a little more maintenance, which would make the journey even more convenient for guests. The property is more suited for a comfortable stay than for those specifically looking for a scenic view from the premises.
