Absolutely shithole !! Outrageous!!!! We have many many more pictures unfortunately only 20 allowed.
View ….. maybe ! As busy road with plenty trucks making noise.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Dirty unhealthy outrageous. Rude staff! No clinging staff… well they are but busy talking on the phone than doing their job. You can write on the furniture and floors. As a renter you treaded as a less category customer with only few possible facilities which are very far or with unbelievably cold water in the swimming pool. Not bearable to swim or enjoy the pool as all in the shadow of the building. The nicest swimming pools are not accessible for renters even paying so much money for the stay. Property shouldn’t be allowed for people to rent. Old broken dirty furniture. Toilets dirty with splash of poop after previous stayers. Dirty showers with curtains you are scared to touch do not get some bacteria. Had to bleach everything before use. Fire risk due to plastic bags stuck behind electric fans and hanging cables from the leaking boiler. Kitchen unusable. Dirty full of germs. Microwave seen better days like maybe 30 years ago. Fridge .. I’m not even sure what to say! From the time of opening the door you not sure to laugh or cry. For the money we payed which is most possibly 6 times of monthly salary for Egyptians it was absolutely disgraceful!!
Shame on you management of the building absolutely shame on you. No idea what they are thinking putting such a big sign CUSTOMER CARE!! They don’t know what is it mean. I always thought that Arab countries and cultures are caring clean people but this was a real nightmare! Boys because you can’t say man managing this flats are more interesting to look pretty on their profile pictures than actually communicating with you as a customer. I am a part of Egyptian family and they have been ashamed of what you people representing! STAY AWAY FROM IT AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER PAYING FOR THE TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY. I’m coming to Egypt 2 ce a year and never ever seen anything like it!
