The space is great, biggest that we have ever stayed in tokyo, all appliances brand new, comfy beds.
Location is a 3 minute walk to nearest station. High end office area , quiet streets at night.
The parquet flooring is very very very slippery, there is a layer of wax maybe because its brand new, but the owner should really do something about it before somebody gets badly injured.
Also the exhaust fan in the shower is not working, so its very stuffy inside.
Location is next to train tracks, shinkansen tracks, so you will hear and feel them vibrating from early morning until late night.
