One of my worst stays
Its location, downtown.
If you prefere a rock solid bed, with the same feeling as sleeping at the floor, be my guest. And if you fancy mold in the shower, and a shower-head almost none functional.
Also, the door lock has the same code as the neighbours door. So we had the neighbours walking into our apartment in the middle of the night. Quite pleasing…

A disaster.
La ubicació.
I do not recommend this place at all.
If you can avoid booking this apartment, do so.
For starters, payment isn't handled through Booking.com; once you book, they direct you to their own payment site.
This means you end up paying more than the original price—in my case, about €15 extra. Usually, the euro-to-zloty conversion might add a euro or two, but these people take advantage of the situation, with commissions going to various parties.
To get in, you have to go through three doors, each with a different code. In Apartment 2, there is no light; you walk straight into the kitchen—a very basic one—where the motion-sensor light works only when it feels like it and turns off after just eight seconds. The bedroom to the left is fine. However, a wardrobe door is broken; it’s best not to touch it, lest they claim we broke it ourselves.
There’s a small table, two chairs, and a TV—fine—but there is no Wi-Fi or router. What a surprise. We reported these issues; they reply whenever they feel like it—politely, sure—but offered no solution during our entire stay.
In the bathroom, the second drawer was ruined by dampness and contained a dirty towel. We asked for compensation, at least for the lack of Wi-Fi.
The request was denied; they claimed there was Wi-Fi and that it was working correctly. All lies.
They have a very skilled team that speaks kindly to you and diplomatically implies they’ll fix every problem. But days go by, and nothing happens.
It was a disaster. We have photos and videos of everything. I warned them that their maintenance and cleaning crew needs to pay attention to these details to avoid negative ratings on their record.
I work in hotel and apartment management myself, but that doesn't seem to matter to them.

Łazienka blisko kuchni, przesuwne drzwi dają mało intymności
