You get exactly what you see in the listing, and even more! It’s like having your own very affordable apartment in the middle of incredibly expensive Seoul!
You get an entire apartment with two well-equipped bedrooms, one of which practically feels like its own studio, complete with a comfy sofa, a large table, and plenty of other great amenities. I was traveling alone, so I didn’t even need to use the second bedroom!
The apartment has everything advertised in the listing, plus some extra thoughtful touches. Everything is so clean, compact, cozy, and well-organized that you just need a little time to explore and discover everything it has to offer!
The location is also very convenient, whether you prefer walking to and from Sillim or Sindaebang subway station or taking one of the nearby buses. There are plenty of convenience stores, bank ATMs, and other useful amenities in the neighborhood!
Honestly you'd never find another place like this in Seoul under normal pricing conditions and housing market structure! I was just lucky!
It took me a little while to find the apartment because I checked in very late at night, and the unit is located on a basement level within a multi-level residential building. I also needed some time to figure out the door lock. When you find yourself to the entrance of the building, go inside past the inner door, turn left and you'd see the apartment located about 6 steps underground. But the host was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, answering my questions almost immediately, even very late at night! These were just minor experiences during my stay, not things I actually disliked about the property.
