Great stay in Ocean Village

We liked the helpful staff. The flat, with its kitchen and ensuit toilet, was excellent for short-term stays and our needs. Excellent location, too. Highly recommended.

Avoid at any price! Not good at all, unsafe

The location

Terrible and overpriced stay — I would not recommend this property The condition of the room was unacceptable, especially for the price. When we arrived, there was hair in the shower, the toilet was dirty and had a yellow stain, and I had to clean it myself. The bed was absolutely terrible. I couldn’t sleep on it, so I ended up sleeping on the floor for two nights and struggled with neck pain. The washing machine and dryer also did not work properly, leaving us waiting a long time. At checkout, I went back to finish drying our clothes and moved another guest’s clothes, which appeared to be finished, into an empty machine. He confronted me, used offensive language and behaved in a way I found threatening. I was especially disappointed that the owners did not support me; they told me I should not have moved his clothes and seemed to take his side. For what we paid, the cleanliness, bed, laundry facilities and lack of support were completely unacceptable. This was an extremely unpleasant and overpriced stay. I felt unsupported and unsafe, and would not stay here again.
