The worst experience I ever had
The location
Free parking
There are many bad things about this apartment and the worst is the attitude, disrespect and rudeness of the owner.
Summary:
- No air conditioning (and I suppose no heating)
- No WiFi
- The owner advertises a 2 bedroom apartment but 1 room is locked and owner gives no access to it
- The reservation was for 2 people so there should therefore have been at least 2 towels, but there was only one large one. Not even 1 small one available for drying up our feet
- Toilet paper was not available.
- No coffee, tea, sugar, salt or anything to assist cooking
- No kitchen soap and no toilet soap
- There is an issue with the shower: water spills out and floods the whole bathroom floor and it becomes a mess and you cannot dry yourself up
- There is no trash can in the kitchen and in the bathroom
When I tried to tell these issues to the owner she completely ignored them, and told me that I should have seen these problems when I entered the apartment and not the next morning
Then she made fun of me and raised the issue of my fiancé because her cameras recognised that she is Moroccan because she was dark skinned!! As if cameras can tell your nationality these days!!! I wonder where those hidden cameras are!
Anyway, she made no effort to correct the problems and was eager to call me liar and make fun of me. I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH A RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PARTMENT OWNER
