Not Clean. Highly recommend that you do not stay here if this is something you value!

This flat does not have much to like about it. Not nicely furnished. Not clean. Noisy location.

So much! This flat was not cleaned to any kind of acceptable standard. So many examples I could give and I have photographic evidence of this. We did complain and did not get much enthusiasm from anyone on site. The whole refurbishment has been done on the cheap with paint splatters on floors, door handles and doors etc. Two of the 3 mixer taps have been plumbed in the wrong way round. They are risking someone scalding themselves thinking they have turned on the cold tap when actually its hot! The filthy dirty tea towel they left me and the washing up cloth was disgusting. They also left me a filthy sponge on stick to wash up with. When I mentioned it to the guy there he just said 'Oh I don't think they change that every week'!!! In all the years I have stayed in self catering I have always been given a new one. The bath looked so dirty we did not use it. Their complimentary tea and coffee they advertised was ONE coffee sachet and Three teabags! When I queried it they gave us some more but that is not the point! No storage in the second bedroom apart from one bedside table with 3 drawers. Heaven help you if two couples stayed there as just nowhere to put anything. No care and attention to this flat at all!

Highly recommended

Everything was brilliant; we stayed in a two-bedroom apartments. It was lovely, clean and spacious. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t get a chance to make proper use of the projector, but we’ll definitely be back – and hopefully for a longer stay! The location is very good. Thank you!
