I had such an amazing experience that I ended up extending my stay for 7 days. The family is so sweet and helpful; they assisted me with everything I needed from day one. Staying here gives you a real Sri Lankan experience.
It is the perfect place to connect with nature because it is right at the foot of a mountain. I saw so many wild animals from the property, like different birds, monkeys, and goats. The location is also great, close to beautiful temples. There is a lake nearby too, and the hosts were so kind that they took me there to cool down, relax, and watch the birds with them.
The people in the village are also super friendly and beautiful souls. Every day, the family made delicious food that was always complete and very filling. My room was also very clean and had all the comforts I needed.
I would definitely stay with them again without any doubt. I recommend this place 100%! Thank you so much to this beautiful family for hosting me 🙏🏽

Easily one of the best places to stay in all of Sri Lanka!
Beautiful, newly opened, family-owned hotel perfectly situated near Sigiriya and Dambulla in such a peaceful setting immersed in nature next to a magnificent rock face.
Accommodations are brand new and beautifully maintained. The owner is also a talented chef who prepares amazing authentic Sri Lankan food!
The family and staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, attending to every detail and helping arrange any transportation, tours, and anything else you might need to explore the surrounding area.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Perfect combination of spectacular natural surroundings, delicious homemade food, beautiful new accommodations, and genuine Sri Lankan hospitality.

The owner of this house and his family are the best people in Sri Lanka. Here we found the kind of care and love that is difficult to believe in modern life. I wish this place a lot of the best guests. I wish all good people to visit this place.
