Hard time contacting the property owner, it was a decent stay
The decoration of the master bedroom
It wasn’t at the location marked in the app, additionally the pictures on the app are AI generated the bath was clogged. And the sewer didn’t work correctly . Lady made me pay the electricity bill, being 5 days there

A misleading listing and a terrible stay.
The apartment’s location was the only thing we liked.
My father and I had a terrible stay. The apartment was nothing like its listing. The internet did not work for two days and only started working after we complained. We had to top up the electricity ourselves and were charged 500 EGP for cleaning; neither cost was mentioned in the listing.
The bedroom was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, and its drain was blocked. The bedroom window had no shutters, making it difficult to sleep because of the sunlight. We also saw a mouse in the kitchen. After that, we did not know where it had gone and were too frightened to sleep comfortably.
I strongly advise others not to book this apartment. I could not upload photos with this review, but I will send them to the platform so it can investigate my complaint and remove the misleading listing.
