Nic, obrzydliwy brudny, zaniedbany obiekt

Dear I am writing regarding my booking Upon arrival, I found the apartment in a condition that does not match the listing and is unfit for a stay: - No TV, although it is listed in booking - Missing basic kitchen equipment, such as a kettle and a bread knife - Rusty pots and pans - Dirty carpet - Generally very dirty throughout – surfaces are sticky to the touch - A filthy, unhygienic sofa - A strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom - Pillows that smell strongly of grease and sweat - A mattress so old and worn that it is impossible to sleep on I have documented all of the above with photos and videos, which I am attaching. Given the condition of the property, I am unable to stay. I would like to check out and I request a full refund.
