The private, resort-style patio is the heart of the property. Enjoy a saltwater pool with decorative waterfalls, a shallow area with floating loungers, pool chairs, tall hedges that provide privacy, and a covered gazebo. The pool has a maximum depth of approximately 5 feet.

The house, pool, and recreational areas listed are not shared with other guests or the host. Check-in is self-service via a smart lock.

The property also includes a completely separate area, physically detached from the main house, which is not part of the reservation. It has its own entrance and may be used occasionally by authorized individuals. It does not share the house, pool, patio, or the amenities listed for guests.

A parking space is reserved for this separate area. Guests do not have access to this parking space, maintenance closets, or the host’s storage areas.
Check-in and check-out are self-service via a smart lock.
