Residence Katrins is located on the outskirts of San Giorgio in Salici. This carefully renovated country house is nestled in a large, lush garden and surrounded by a perimeter hedge that ensures maximum privacy. During the renovation, we sought to preserve as many original historical features as possible. By integrating state-of-the-art technology and systems, we’ve managed to keep the charm of the building—which dates back to 1912—intact without sacrificing modern comfort. Enjoy the idyllic and relaxing atmosphere of the countryside at our residence. In just a few minutes, you can reach Lake Garda, Gardaland, and Verona, while Milan and Venice are conveniently accessible by car in just over an hour.
Our “Verona” apartment is a spacious unit located on the first floor, featuring a private entrance and a private terrace overlooking the garden.
The property is barrier-free and accessible to guests in wheelchairs.
It can accommodate 2 to 4 people and features: a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed; a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dining area; a bedroom with a double bed and an infrared sauna; a bathroom with a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and complimentary toiletries. Amenities:
