About this apartment rental
Our modern, newly renovated vacation apartment on the upper floor of our house offers approximately 35 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people—making it ideal for a relaxing stay. The cozy living and dining area features a very well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a dining set, and a comfortable living room couch that can be used as a sleeper sofa if needed. The separate bedroom features two single beds. The spacious and newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a roomy shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. There is also a washer and dryer in the hallway that you’re welcome to use. Your four-legged friend is welcome here, too: dogs are allowed with prior notice for a fee of €7.50 per night. A free parking space is available right at the property. Storage space is available for bicycles and e-bikes. Bedding and towels are included in the rental price, so you can arrive relaxed and start enjoying your stay right away. Our stylish and cozy vacation rental is located in Aurich, in the quiet neighborhood of Pfalzdorf. Its central location in East Frisia makes it an ideal starting point for vacationers, technicians, and business travelers. Aurich’s city center is within easy reach, and the East Frisian North Sea coast—with its popular coastal towns and beaches—is only about a 30- to 40-minute drive away. Excursions to Emden, Norden, or the East Frisian islands are also easy to undertake from here. At the same time, in Pfalzdorf you can enjoy the peace and open spaces of the East Frisian countryside.
