About this apartment rental
The recently renovated LA BARONESSA TUSCAN HOME apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Tuscany. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a small closet. The apartment is also equipped with independent air conditioning and a heat pump.
The outdoor space
In front of the apartment is a cozy terrace area with a table and chairs, and at the entrance, we’ve set up a small room for wine testing.
There is also a comfortable above-ground pool lined with wood for cooling off on hot days (minors may use the pool only if accompanied by and under the direct supervision of adults who will be held directly responsible. Diving is not permitted)
Guest Access
The park in front of the property is available to guests for reading or sipping a glass of Tuscan wine.
Other things to keep in mind
We are strategically located just 20 minutes from the city of Arezzo, easily accessible via a convenient highway, just a few minutes from the center of Monterchi—home to its jewel, Piero della Francesca’s “La Madonna del Parto”—and charming villages such as Anghiari, Sansepolcro, and Citerna. A visit to Città di Castello is a must; although it’s in Umbria, it’s only a few kilometers away.
