The one-room apartment is approximately 24 square meters in size and is located in a quiet yet very central area. The pedestrian zones, shopping options, all spa facilities, and the “Sylter Welle” swimming pool are all nearby. The balcony faces east, offering morning sun. The apartment is equipped for up to 2 people.
