Welcome to a delightful haven that perfectly blends comfort and style. The first floor of our villa features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, and dryer—all by BOSCH—as well as a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. The spacious living room, complete with a dining area, invites you to relax and enjoy meals together while taking in the view of the swimming pool. There is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), floor-to-ceiling windows, a work desk, and an office chair. The modern bathroom on this floor features a refreshing shower, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.
First Floor
Three large bedrooms: the master bedroom, featuring a comfortable 180 cm bed, includes a private bathroom for added convenience. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm). A second bathroom with a double sink and shower is thoughtfully stocked with towels, shower gel, and shampoo, so you can travel light.

Located just 23 minutes from the airport and a mere 10 minutes (3.5 km) from the stunning beaches of Costa da Caparica, our villa boasts an unbeatable location. You’ll have excellent access to Lisbon’s city center, which is just a 7-minute drive away via the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge. To make your trip smoother, we recommend avoiding rush hour (before 9:00 AM when entering Lisbon and after 6:00 PM when returning).
