Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the bed was fresh and very comfortable. The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated, with fresh paint and neat interiors. I particularly appreciated the attention given to cleanliness and comfort.
The air conditioning switched off a few times during the night. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with the particular room or due to electricity fluctuations. It would be helpful if the management could look into this.
Complimentary breakfast was not included. While this was not a major concern, having a simple breakfast option included in the room tariff would make the stay even more convenient. Normally hotels with less tariff do that in Chennai.
I appreciate the efforts taken to maintain the property so well. With a few small improvements, the guest experience could be even better.

It's literally walking distance to santhome cathedral. V convenient to visit the basicillica. Walking distance if you want to attend 6am mass and Sunday events.
The room was okay I didn't have much interaction with the staff but they were helpful and willingly supportive. These was one lift and we got help with the bags.
